Victoria Legal Aid are seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Consultant to join our Project Change Management Office on a fixed term contract.

The role of the Learning and Organisational Development Consultant is to focus on the development, coordination, and implementation of organisation wide training and induction materials to support the rollout of new Standard Operating Procedures. The role will be specifically responsible for delivering a suite of training and induction materials to ensure a uniform understanding of the new Standard Operating Procedures which provide guidance on standards/procedures for data entry.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you

Demonstrated experience in analysing staff and compliance learning needs and designing and implementing high quality, successful learning programs that advance staff capability.Demonstrated capacity to consult with key stakeholders in analysing learning and organisation development needs, propose options, implement solutions and measure success of solutions.Well-developed stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration and influencing skills at all levels in an organisation.Well-developed knowledge about adult learning and organisation development/cultural change programs and modules, with experience in implementing programs that have utilised blended learning and good change management techniques successfully.Don't meet every requirement?
