If you love working with people and you aren't afraid of challenges, this may be the opportunity for you!About the Job:Work with the director of learning and development to gain a better understanding of the types of issues that need to be addressed in training based on seniority level and practice area.Develop training programs that address the developmental needs of the associates.Monitor and edit core skills curriculum for the company.Work with outside consultants to help with the development of managerial training courses.Audit and consistently evaluate training techniques, stay attuned to training trends and new industry-relevant materials, and conduct improvements to stay competitive and engaging.About You:Degreed. A Bachelor's degree alongside at least a year of experience working in human relations and/or training development.Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tech-savvy. You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.People-oriented. You like earning people's respect and trust by being the go-to person for your team and resource to others.Discrete.
