Introduction: Description: Respect | Integrity | Quality | Engagement | Emotional Intelligence Family Centered Support Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Trainer to join our Learning and Development Team. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs and support services to our front-line staff. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering training programs in line with the company's framework and methodologies.Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify training requirements for individuals and teams.Creating engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.Facilitating training sessions both in person and virtually, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis and performance assessments.Providing ongoing support to trainees, including follow-up sessions and additional resources as needed.Collaborating with all areas of Operations to continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on industry standards. Main TasksDeliver engaging and informative training sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation and teams.Deliver Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.Create visually appealing and effective training materials that enhance the learning experience for participants.Conduct thorough evaluations of training outcomes to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in adult learning principles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult education and excellent communication skills. Having a TCI Trainer Associate certification from Cornell University and experience in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training is preferred. You should be able to customize training for different audiences while focusing on effective learning outcomes. This is a Full-Time, permanent position that allows you to positively impact our organization and support our clients' growth. Work Environment:The successful applicant will work under a semi-hybrid model with a combination of live training in different locations, the Family Centered training office and Work-from-Home when preparing training. Skills and Experiences: Essential RequirementsCandidates with a current TCI Trainer Associate Certification is preferred.Obtained minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent.TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageous.Current Working with Children Blue Card, or willingness to obtain.Availability to travel and stay throughout South East Queensland and Darling Downs, Granite Belt.Current Drivers LicenceAbility to work in AustraliaProven experience in designing and delivering training programsExcellent knowledge of learning and development principlesStrong presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to assess training needs and develop appropriate contentExperience in using a variety of training methods and techniquesFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and techniquesGood understanding of safeguarding principles and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA passion for supporting young people, families and promoting family-centred approaches How to apply To apply for this role click Apply Now and follow the links which will redirect you to our website platform.
