Job Description
Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainers.
Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system.
Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.
Qualifications
Graduate of Human Resources or any related course.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
