This role is dedicated to maximizing CDC's investment in areas like employee engagement, promotions, apprenticeships, and cross-functional transitions, playing a key role in driving the CDC Academy's mission to elevate employee expertise and career development.Other responsibilities include:Oversee the development, administration, and enhancement of the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources, and delivery methods.Align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.Collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy, bringing ownership for the training course and modules internal.Track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.About you:This role would suit candidates who come from a technical or multi-industry-based learning and development background.Proven ability to engage and interpret technical subject matter to create accessible learning modules.Ability to collaborate with the wider business and external stakeholders to achieve learning strategy outcomes.Previous experience in managing/rolling out apprenticeship programs is desirable, but not essential.Essential:Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.How to Apply:If you are looking for an opportunity to play a vital role in a fast-growing Australian Technology company and be part of our amazing team, please submit your resume and cover letter by clicking Apply.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
