We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our People and Culture Team as a Learning and Development Specialist.
In this role, you will support the learning journey of our retail staff during an exciting transformation phase.
You'll work collaboratively alongside colleagues in the Learning and Development Team, the broader People & Culture Team, and across the business to design and enhance retail operations training.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role; however, part-time options can be considered for the right candidate.
About You: Ability to design and deliver face-to-face and online workshops including group inductions and development workshops, ideally in a retail environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent relationship building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment Exemplary commitment to customer service for both internal and external customers Demonstrated ability to keep accurate training records Good computer skills e.g.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn how to use Haigh's Learning Management System (LMS) A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred) Willingness to occasionally travel to our interstate stores as needed Why Haigh's?
