Your mission in this newly created role will be to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our amazing staff by actively promoting, developing, facilitating, and improving L&D initiatives - contributing to the overall sustainability and adaptability of our organisation.
What You Would Be Doing Working under the guidance of the Manager – People and Culture, you will:
Conduct training needs assessmentsDesign and develop the L&D frameworkLead, design, facilitate, and assess training programsDevelop induction programs and support coordinationIdentify areas for continuous improvement in L&D, keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices, and support the organisation to meet accreditation standards related to L&DContribute to People and Culture projects as neededHere's What You'll Look Like Substantial experience, knowledge, and understanding of contemporary L&D specialtiesRelevant qualifications in Human Resources, Training and Assessment, or similar, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
