This is a newly established role. As the Learning and Development Senior Advisor you will be responsible for the development and coordination of agreed L&D programs, activities and initiatives, including involvement with organisational development projects.
You will develop, implement and deliver robust learning experiences in line with organisational and operational needs that engage the learner, enhancing skills, knowledge, competency, and capability across our people and teams. Ensuring that Zoos Victoria continuously builds and maintains a highly skilled workforce of employees and volunteers and meets corporate, legislative and compliance obligations.
Reporting to the Director Human Resources, you will be an integral part of a dedicated and busy HR team, connecting and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organisation and will champion ZV to be a culture of learning.
