Learning And Development Manager

This Senior Learning and Development Manager role within The Capability and Development team will design, implement, and continuously enhance innovative learning experiences across the firm, playing a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and talent development, driving learning innovation. It involves end-to-end management of development initiatives, using a variety of learning modalities including digital, hybrid, and in-person methods.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with senior business leaders and subject matter experts to provide strategic end-to-end learning solutions.Leveraging human-centred design principles to create impactful and engaging learning content.Leading the implementation and integration of capability programs and frameworks.Managing complex, commercially focused learning projects from concept through to execution.Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of learning initiatives.Analysing learning data to identify opportunities for enhancement.Driving the continuous improvement of learning experiences and assets.The ideal candidate will be a senior learning professional with experience in law or professional services. You will be exceptional at designing and delivering unique learning programs that will engage all levels of the firm. You are skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across teams building strong networks, and working independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Working Hours:Full-Time
