You will be joining a newly created P&C function, with dedicated like-minded people who are up for the challenge and want to make a difference.


The Role
The L&D Coordinator Role is a newly created role that will be responsible for ongoing learning and development initiatives for Lumus employees.
The overall purpose of the role is to promote an engaging and responsive learning platform, provide clear and concise reporting on learning projects and assist with development of projects.



Key Responsibilities

Ownership of Healius' LMS – Litmos including regular reporting, assigning learning, assist BU resolve issues/concerns.
Partner with the Quality teams in the BU to drive consistent standards and ensure governance standards and requirements are being met.
Ongoing education around the use of Litmos.
Assist in the design and development of training modules.
Project co-ordination, including national calendars, bookings, promote L&D Offerings.
Assist in the facilitation of learning modules when required.
Support ongoing L&D Projects.




About You

Demonstrated experience working with LMS Litmos.
Demonstrated ability in reporting and advanced use of Excel.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative learning.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality, error-free work.
Excellent writing skills and demonstrated ability to design interesting, creative and engaging content tailored for a range of internal audiences.
Strong collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to work well autonomously and as part of a small team.
