The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development (L&D) initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with other parts of P&C and the business, to ensure L&D supports the delivery of Dexus's strategic objectives and the continuous improvement of initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
About You Proven experience in Learning & Development: Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within Learning & Development, training, organisational development, or similar roles.Proven experience in designing an organisational learning strategy: Demonstrate experience in determining and implementing a strategy that is aligned to business requirements and is embedded in the broader employee experience.Training design and delivery: Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including e-learning and simulations.Stakeholder management: Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and being an ambassador for learning within the organisation.Budget and vendor management: Handling budgets for training programs and managing vendor relationships.Knowledge of adult learning principles: Understand how adults learn and apply these principles to create effective training programs and resources.Digital and systems: Experience using Workday is advantageous.Why choose Dexus?
