We're now looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team and help drive the growth and development of our talented employees through cutting-edge digital learning solutions.
About The Role: We are ideally seeking an experienced and innovative Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage digital training programs that support the ongoing growth and development of our employees.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging technology to drive learning initiatives across our organisation, ensuring our teams have the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-evolving digital environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital learning strategy that aligns with Freedom Kitchens & Wardrobes' business goals and talent development needs.Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored digital training programs for various teams, from sales to design and manufacturing.Use learning analytics to evaluate training effectiveness, drive improvements, and ensure digital learning programs meet the needs of the business.Create engaging and interactive digital learning content, including eLearning modules, video tutorials, webinars, and virtual workshops.Develop clear, user-friendly, and accessible digital learning materials, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.Oversee the delivery of digital learning programs across the organisation, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with performance goals.Stay current on digital learning trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best-in-class solutions that enhance learning engagement.Ensure seamless integration of digital learning technologies with other systems within the organization, such as HR platforms and performance management tools.Work closely with department leaders to ensure the digital learning programs meet their specific needs and the learning outcomes are aligned with departmental goals.Work closely with the Sales Training Manager to "digitise" our existing sales training modules.Foster strong relationships across teams to identify and address skills gaps and provide expert guidance on digital learning solutions.Regularly report on the impact of learning programs, providing data-driven insights to leadership on participation, learning progress, and return on investment.Use feedback and data to refine and evolve digital learning offerings, ensuring they stay relevant and effective.Promote a culture of lifelong learning and growth, encouraging employees to take ownership of their personal and professional development.What Makes You Perfect? Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies for digital platforms.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Strong ability to design innovative, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences.Knowledgeable about the latest eLearning technologies and trends, with the ability to implement them effectively.Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure learning programs meet business and team needs.Ability to align learning programs with organizational objectives and drive digital transformation through employee development.If you are a passionate digital learning professional with a desire to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
