based in our Gold Coast Head office - WFH hybrid options. Reporting to the CPO and part of the People Leadership team with fantastic colleagues.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our People First Strategy! Reporting to the Chief People & Transformation Officer, this role will sit on the People Leadership team and be accountable for designing, delivering, and promoting innovative learning programs that empower our teams to excel in a rapidly changing environment. Your strategic vision and authentic leadership style will be key to your success in building the critical leadership skills we need to thrive, now and in the future.

As the Learning and Development Manager within a growing organisation, you will provide leadership to a team of training professionals while partnering with multiple business areas across the national business. You will drive continuous improvement, adoption of digital learning platforms, and innovation through transformational and dynamic talent learning delivery.

The ideal candidate will help us redefine education into the future for aged care! You will develop and lead strategies that encompass learning experiences aligned with our business value of excellence. You will thrive in this role when you are the:

Driving force behind our learning frameworks, ensuring they align with both business needs and learner aspirations.

Leader who coaches and motivates the learning team to deliver best practice outcomes while empowering them to bring innovation to the table.

Designer and facilitator of programs (including capability workshops) that hone the leadership capabilities of our top talent across the organisation.

Designer, deployer, and optimizer of the career development program across varying employee cohorts while collaborating with other P&C teams and operational champions.

Leader of organisational change management approaches, acting as a change agent to support the development and implementation of change management programs.

Owner of external partner relationships, building valuable, effective, and accountable partnerships.

About You

As a highly collaborative and transformational leader, you will thrive in a business partnering model, working across teams to deliver:

Strategic thinker who can identify business needs and translate growth plans into operational improvements.

Ability to build a high-performance team through structured ways of working and contemporary coaching methodologies.

Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs in large, complex organisations.

Previous experience developing and leading an internal leadership program, ideally with competency frameworks.

Experience with digital learning platforms is beneficial.

Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience.

Exceptional stakeholder interactions, leadership agility, and business partnering style.

Tertiary qualifications with extensive experience in education, training, and geographically spread workforces.
