As the L&D Manager, you will work closely with the management and legal teams to identify learning needs, develop and deliver engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness. You will be responsible for the overall strategy and operational delivery of learning and development across the firm's three offices.Your key responsibilities will include:Implementing our learning and development strategy and roadmap that includes broad scope of technical, compliance, professional and corporate learningIdentifying learning needs within the firm through job analysis, appraisal reviews, and consultation with partners, managers and staffDesigning and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training material that meet individual and firm needsDelivering training using a range of methods, including face-to-face, digital, and blended learning, ensuring the content is accessible, relevant, and engagingEnsuring all mandatory and compliance requirements are up to date and managed effectivelyMaintaining a knowledge of industry trends and innovation in instructional design and learning methodologyParticipating in regular evaluation of courses to ensure that they are consistent with operational objectives and to facilitate ongoing improvementSkills and ExperienceYou will be self-motivated and an extremely well-organised individual who has an appetite for continuous learning and development and enjoys building relationships.
