We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting their L&D team in the planning, execution, and optimisation of training programmes.
This position involves managing logistics, overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful learning initiatives.

LMS Administration: Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring that course content is current and accessible to all learners.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse training data, preparing reports to assess programme effectiveness.
(Proficiency in Power BI and Excel required!)
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programmes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
Communication & Branding: Develop and execute communication strategies to promote L&D programmes.
Ensure consistent branding across all training materials and communications.
Manage internal communications to drive employee engagement with L&D initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in Learning and Development or a similar discipline, with a proven track record of success.
Key Skills: Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Udemy).
Strong analytical skills with a talent for tracking trends, analysing data, and drawing actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
