About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and coordinating a variety of services and initiatives aimed at fostering the growth and development of our staff, ultimately driving service excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement organisation-wide training strategies.Ensure the quality, timely, and consistent delivery of learning and development activities.Continuously evaluate training programs to align with organisational needs.Build strong relationships with staff and managers to understand and address workforce needs.Maintain high standards of administrative excellence.Requirements: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in leadership and development, human resources, training facilitation, workforce effectiveness, or event planning.Strong administrative skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and managers.Thorough understanding of our services and workforce needs.Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required.Flexibility to work outside normal office hours occasionally.What We Offer: Salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay.Up to four bonus leave days per year.Be part of an organisation committed to compassion, service, and community well-being.Discounted Health Insurance options.Opportunities for professional development.If you are passionate about learning and development and are ready to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!
