You will help us design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. As a L&D Consultant, you will be fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a rapidly changing environment. Within this role, you will:Support the development and implementation of a Learning Management System that will build upon and improve our people's capabilityLiaise with technical experts within the business to design and prepare training materials to support the delivery of training programsAdminister multiple Organisational Development Programs, including inviting participants, booking program meetings, setting up training rooms, and liaising with the administrative team such that catering and travel requirements are metDevelop your skills in training delivery and facilitation of key programsSupport the design and structure of all learning programs, modules and content delivered via the Workday Learning Management System (WLMS)We are AgileThis allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don't get bogged down in bureaucracy. We get that the 9-5 isn't for everyone, and we're open to hear what works for you.You will ideally have a background in Mining & Minerals or Oil & Gas environments with a proven capability to deliver L&D projects.
