The Role The Learning and Development Business Partner is a permanent full-time position representing a rewarding opportunity to be part of TasWater's inspiring future by:
 
Shaping TasWater's approach to technical and compliance training, with a focus on user experience, contemporary learning methodologies and technologies. Collaborating with subject matter experts, people leaders and vendors to develop quality learning and development programs. Fostering a culture of continuous growth Key Accountabilities This role will primarily focus on ensuring our operational teams are safe, skilled, and effective, requiring experience in the following:
Training needs analysis and development of competency frameworks and assessment tools in alignment with business, AQTF and legislative requirements. Reviewing and evaluating existing training programs. Partnering with the business and utilising data insights to deliver appropriate learning interventions. Leading the design, development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that leverage current and future technologies, in line with 3E Model (Experience, Exposure, Education). The Details This is a full-time position providing an opportunity to work from primary sites in Moonah, Launceston, Devonport, or some regional Tasmanian locations with access to flexible and hybrid work arrangements. It attracts a salary range of $116,000 to $131,000 (inclusive of superannuation), dependent on experience.

To thrive in this role, you'll need 5+ years of practice gained in a previous learning and development position and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
