Learning and Development Apprentice (Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship)At Compass Wellbeing, a Community Interest Company and subsidiary of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), we act as a bridge - improving connectivity between ELFT and local VCSE organisations. Person Specification Education/ Qualifications Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamHold Maths and English GCSE or equivalent GCSE level C/4+ in at least one subjectDemonstrate working towards Functional Skills Level 2 through an initial assessment in subjects where the candidate may not yet hold the qualificationProject management methodology and documentationEnglish GCSE or equivalent Knowledge & Skills Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsExcellent MS Office skills including Excel, Powerpoint and WordExcellent telephone mannerAccurate keyboard skills and pays attention to detailHigh level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity and effectivenessA good standard of numeracy and literacy levelAbility to work under pressure, and respond to needs in difficult situationsAbility to problem solveAbility to work from Compass Wellbeing's office and occasionally from homeFlexibility in approach to work and willingness to work some evenings on an ad hoc basisKnowledge of data protection act Experience Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packageWorking as part of a team and on own initiativeLived experience as a service user of Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CAMHS)Extensive experience in using the internet and email systemsExperience in taking minutes, organising meetings and disseminating information to stakeholdersOffice systems and proceduresPractical experience of working in a busy office environment Knowledge and Understanding I.
