About the role: The L&D Administrator will support and contribute to the production, allocation and delivery of consistent end-to-end learning outcomes.
This position is situated within the Learning and Development (L&D) team which is responsible for contributing to the strategic delivery of an integrated national learning and development culture at Mackillop Family Services.
The primary objective of the role is to administratively support the maintenance of MacKillop's Carer Recruitment and Development (CR&D) as well as MacKillop's employee L&D program.
This is a Full-Time 38 hours per week opportunity based in South Melbourne VIC within our Human Resources / Learning and Development Team.
The position reports to the Learning and Development Manager. Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts.Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.Excellent administrative and organisational skills and high-level verbal and written communication skills.Ability to organise workload and develop systems to meet due dates.Highly skilled in using the Microsoft suite of products including but not limited to: especially in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365; and experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI and Zoom.Strong organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.
You must have a: Valid and current Driver's Licence;Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);Valid Employee Working with Children Check;Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles).
