About The Role As the Learning and Capability Manager, you will architect and drive PEXA's strategy for cultivating top talent and building critical capabilities.
Through the PEXA Academy, you will drive learning interventions that accelerate skill mastery, leadership development, and a high-performance culture aligned with our DEI vision.
You will be a trusted consultant to senior leaders, gaining deep insights into future capability gaps and designing innovative, high-impact solutions.
Your offerings will encompass cutting-edge learning approaches, emerging technologies, and immersive experiences that prepare our workforce for PEXA's evolving needs.
Key Accountabilities Learning Strategy Formulation & Governance • Construct and execute a visionary, data-driven learning strategy and roadmap that proactively addresses current and future capability requirements.
This would require a close working relationship with business partners, talent, and OD to ensure a balanced strategy that supports business-critical skills as well as skills for the future.
• Establish robust governance ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment of all learning initiatives across PEXA.
PEXA Academy Leadership • Accountable for the strategic design, delivery, and success of learning initiatives across the organisation, ensuring they drive capability growth, engagement, and future-fit performance.
• Be recognised across the organisation as a thought leader and SME who can provide expert knowledge in capability.
