Learning And Capability Development Specialist

06th January,What You'll Be DoingAs the Learning and Capability Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering end-to-end learning programs that align with our organisational strategy.You WillConsult and advise stakeholders to identify and manage learning needs.Conduct learning needs analysis and design learning solutions using contemporary methodologies (eLearning, virtual classroom, digital learning, facilitator led).Work with key stakeholders to create learning materials, tools, and resources to complement all facets of the employee lifecycle, including induction and onboarding programs, reviewing Individual Development Plans and facilitation of internal workshops and programs.Coordinate and facilitate focus groups, pilots and participate in project working groups, by communicating progress, issues, and risks, and contributing to business case creation.Co-design, manage, and improve key learning infrastructure, including learning management, performance management, content management system(s), learning governance, service standards, evaluation.
