About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

People Services provide core human resources functions, ensuring Courts Group has productive work systems and modern workplaces.
People Services design and implement programs that support work performance and the health, safety, and wellbeing of judicial officers and members and employees.
About the Role The Learning Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development to support the implementation of OD initiatives.
The role will be responsible for the administration of various OD programs and processes including, but not limited to, the Performance and Development Review process, Courts Groups' Professional Development offer, the logistics and room set up for in-person training sessions and tech hosting for virtual sessions.
Key accountabilities include: Training event management: managing the logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, coordinating participant enrolments and assisting trainers and facilitators with virtual training technical requirements.Administrative support: providing timely administrative support, preparing program materials and ensuring accurate record keeping.Performance and learning management system: updating Performance and Learning Management System, maintaining accurate records within the system and responding to system issues from staff.Stakeholder engagement and communication: Acting as a point of contact, developing and distributing event communications and supporting program implementation.About You Organisational Skills: Proven ability to coordinate events, including managing room setups, facilities, and logistics for training sessions.Administrative Experience: A background in supporting programs with accurate record-keeping, file management, and compliance with processes.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Desirable: Previous experience in a learning or organisational development environment and/or relevant qualifications in administration or a related field.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
