Selection CriteriaSC1 Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities.
SC2 Ability to lead the planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs.
SC3 Exemplary ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to lead improvement initiatives.
SC4 Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills to lead collaborative relationships focused on student learning.

RoleLeading teachers will be highly skilled classroom practitioners and undertake leadership and management roles. The role is to improve the skill, knowledge and performance of the teaching workforce and the curriculum program.
ResponsibilitiesVision: To lead a Year 11 & Year 12 curriculum that optimises student achievement and growth.
Strategic Leadership: Leads the development of curriculum and subject offerings in alignment with the Victorian Certificate of Education and School Strategic Plan Goals.
Responsibilities: Support and guide staff, oversee course counselling and subject selection, lead assessments and reporting, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Who May ApplyTeachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach in the curriculum area(s) specified.
