About the role• FIFO from Perth - 8:6 or 2:2 rosters• $80 - 93 per hour (permanent & casual rates available to suit you)• Boston Shaker mine site• Annual loyalty bonus
About you• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role• Demonstrated Technical experience on Sandvik Drills, Sandvik LH621i Boggers, CAT R2900G Boggers, TH663i Trucks, CAT & Volvo Support Equipment• Good decision-making skills, ability to prioritise work and multitask• Experience leading, coaching and developing tradespersons technical skills & abilities• Safety focused, excellent attitude & interpersonal skills• Computer literacy - Basic MS Office• SAP 4HANA / Other CMMS experience - Desirable• S26 / Leadership / Frontline Management - Desirable
