As the Nursery Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our nursery.
Your motivation and passion for horticulture will drive the team towards achieving our production goals efficiently and effectively.
You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members, and contributing to the continual improvement of our processes.
Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for plants and horticulture, with a proven track record of driving success in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in management or supervisory roles Knowledge of plant care, propagation, and production processes is preferred but not compulsory Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire team members If you are a process-driven individual with a genuine love for nurturing plants and leading teams, we want to hear from you.
