This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in carpentry or a builder's license who thrives in a hands-on role.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothlyProvide leadership and hands-on support to a team of tradespeopleMaintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followedManage timelines, materials, and job site logisticsLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersAssist in the delivery of projects from start to finishSkills & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential constructionStrong background in carpentry and/or a Builders LicenseExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and safetyCurrent driver's licenseMust be available to work Monday to Saturday
