We are looking for professional, operational, motivated Leading Hands for our New Machine Assembly team. This position will be responsible for the efficiencies of the team whilst delivering safe compliant diagnostic advice, general maintenance direction, overseeing new machine builds and much more as we support our internal and external customer base.
Key ResponsibilitiesAllocate work to efficiently complete machine builds, maintenance, and service workMechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis and repairsProvide advice and guidance to technicians and customers as requiredQuality control for all assembly work completed on the build padCompletion of paperwork for machine assembliesCoach and develop Apprentices and TechniciansExpand and maintain customer relationshipsDemonstrate safety leadershipAbout youTrade qualifications as a Diesel / Plant MechanicExperience with building and running productive teamsExcellent customer service and communication skillsCommitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplaceWhat we can offer you?
