With innovative products and reliable technology, we provide industrial radiator and heat exchange repair services to the mining, transport, construction, agricultural and general industry business sectors.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic Workshop Leading Hand to join our Mackay team. This role will be responsible for the supervision of workshop staff and ensuring all matters relating to repair, build or rebuild of components are completed. This position ensures the workshop area is maintained in accordance with requirements. Supervisory responsibility for day-to-day operation and performance of the Service workshop, including assisting the Supervisor and Workshop Manager with staff performance, training, and skill sharing.
