About the role
As a Leading Hand Mechanic, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop the workshop team's abilities to optimise results.
Oversee daily workshop operations such as major repair programs, fault finding, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and procedures.
Provide employees with on-the-job training and coaching for maintenance tasks, inventory needs, and work documentation.
Raise purchase orders and process relevant invoices.
Maintain all workspaces, tools, and equipment in line with company expectations.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

Valid working rights in Australia / Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
Compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Experience in vehicle servicing and maintenance (training provided for ongoing development).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
