Crossroads specialises in delivering minor civil works and is part of the Hazell Bros Group of Companies.
The ROLE We are looking for an experienced person to lead a team of our Construction Workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the work of the team is to the highest standard and that the work is completed in a safe manner. The work includes a variety of minor civil construction activities. The position will include a tool of trade vehicle.

A commitment to Safety 1st Always Works. Experience across a range of civil construction areas such as drainage & laying pipes, setting out for concrete pours and road construction. The ability to think ahead and plan for both workers and subcontractors. Capable of reading and interpreting plans, scope and specifications. Experience working around services, both underground and overhead. A good work ethic. Ticket for dogging or rigging. Ticket for operating an excavator (or experience). Want to know more?
