Working full-time, you will be hands-on plus oversee and coordinate a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and within set timelines.What you'll be doingSupervise and direct a team of construction workers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlinesCoordinate the allocation of tasks and resources to maximise productivityMonitor work quality and provide on-site guidance and mentorship to the teamLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address any issues or concernsAssist with the planning and organisation of project schedules and timelinesEnsure all health, safety and environmental regulations are strictly followedProvide regular progress reports to managementWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally within the Swimming pool and/or Landscaping sector, plus supervisory experienceStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesThorough understanding of construction techniques, materials and safety protocolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication and client-facing skillsCurrent construction industry-specific licences and certificationsWhat we offerAt Chris Quinlan's Pools and Outdoor Areas, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
