You'll lead a team of skilled Carpenters and Apprentices on bespoke, architecturally designed residential projects.
Collaborating closely with the Senior Site Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the construction team, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a hands-on leader passionate about craftsmanship and team collaboration. Your background will include:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within high-end residential or architecturally designed builds.Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide a small on-site team.Confidence in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.Proficiency in reading and executing construction plans and schedules.Ownership of all necessary powered and hand tools to perform carpentry tasks.Qualifications Minimum 3 years as a qualified Carpenter.A valid driver's license and own vehicle.General Construction Induction Card (White Card).Please call Annabel Pease from Gough Recruitment at 0423 874 355 or email your CV to ******.
