About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join us at our Warehouse as a Leading Hand, working either morning or afternoon shift.

6am-2pm 12pm – 8pm Drawing from your well-rounded experience and demonstrating a commitment to health and safety, you will be a pivotal member of the team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient warehousing and distribution function.
You will take on a hands-on role responsible for: Loading/unloading containers and trucks; Put away of product; Picking; Stock checks; Assist in maintaining an effective distribution system; Inventory management; Sorting and preparing all related documentation; Assist in induction and training of warehouse personnel; Work with the team and warehouse manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices; Ensure on-time delivery service is maintained; Work as a key member in a well-functioning team.
About you Skills & experience you have include: Demonstrated experience in warehousing and distribution, preferably in a medium to large warehouse; Current forklift/stock picker license (or willingness to obtain); Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities; Exceptional communication and customer service skills; Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Sound time management and organisational capabilities; Ability to work and contribute within a team; Current right to work in Australia.
Qualifications in warehousing and logistics or related discipline will be highly regarded.
