Leading Hand | Heavy Duty Fitter

As a Leading Hand with NRW, you are responsible for supportingthe onsite team in scheduled maintenance, workshop, diagnostics andbreakdowns on a wide variety of surface mining equipment. You willalso be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team, ensuringthey deliver their best performance every day. Communication iskey, as you'll have daily interactions with the Supervisors,internal staff and contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration andeffective workflow.
About the Site: Karara is the largest mining operation and the first majormagnetite mine in the Mid-West. It produces a premium, high-gradeconcentrate product for export to steelmakers. With an expectedlife of 30+ years, it will underpin a long-term iron ore businessand provide sustainable benefits to the regional community where weoperate.
