The team prides itself on its attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and care.The majority of their projects are located in the Eastern Suburbs, Northshore and occasionally on the Northern Beaches.The RoleAs a result of ongoing growth and expanding opportunities, our client is actively looking for 2 x Experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join their team to work on some exciting Remedial Building projects in the Eastern Suburbs. These are Working Leading Hand / Foreman roles and will require you to still be working on the tools. Ideal applicants will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Leading Hand / Foreman capacity, specifically in Remedial Building focused on concrete repair (concrete spalling / concrete cancer) works. However, for those with a solid background as Senior Tradesmen from a background in Remedial Building (Concrete Repair) will also be considered.These positions will report directly into a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager and will be working on Remedial Building projects up to $2 to $4 million in value.The first successful application will commence on a 1.5 to 2 year project which has just commenced in Crows Nest and the other successful applicant will commence on a project in Camperdown.What are we looking for?Essential - Minimum 3+ years' local (Australia) experience as a Working Foreman running Remedial Building / Concrete Repair projects up to a value of $2 million.Essential Experience - All aspects of Remedial Building - Concrete Repair, Concrete Spalling / Concrete Cancer, Protective Coatings, Waterproofing.Essential - A Working Foreman that is fine with working on the tools.Desired, not essential - A relevant Trade background in either Carpentry or Waterproofing or Brick Laying.Ability to lead and motivate crews of workers.Quality communication skills as you will be working with multiple stakeholders including - Internal staff, engineers, occupants (on residential strata projects), and subcontractors.Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.What's on offer for you?Attractive salary package: $125k - $130k + Superannuation + Fuel Card / Tolls - Negotiable for the right person. This is equivalent to $1800 after tax per week.Great working hours: Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
