Leading Hand /Foreman

On site carpentry works and general construction work on new homes, renovations/extensions, and steel shed construction.
In charge of up to 2 workers.
Liaise with homeowners regarding start times and finishing times.
Consult with the Building Manager regarding your knowledge in the building industry and different ideas in relation to construction methods.
