The Company High-end residential builder specialising in architecturally designed home projects. Carry out new builds, knock down rebuilds, renovations and extensions. Projects range in value from $1m to $3m. Build in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Lower North Shore.
About The Role Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman position.Project is a $2m renovation / extension in Bellevue Hill.Required to work on the project from start to finish.Will receive support from and work closely with the Project Manager and company Director.Career development opportunities to Foreman and Site Manager level.Salary between $110,000 and $130,000 plus super.Duties Assist with site management and supervision of trades.Management of carpenters / apprentices.Reading and interpreting architectural plans.Check quality of trades work.Assist with scheduling trades.Assist with ordering materials.Liaise with the client and project stakeholders.Ensure site WHS is adhered to.Skills & Experience Carpentry trade qualified background - Certificate III Carpentry.Experience of working on high-end luxury residential projects from start to finish.Able to read and interpret drawings.Good communication and relationship-building skills.How to Apply Please email a copy of your resume to ******, or call James Bramfitt on 0432 583 054.
