CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking a skilled Leading Hand Field Servicing Mechanic to join our client for a dynamic FIFO role.
Our Ideal Candidate: Safely lead a team of varying size and trades on mobile equipment.
Drive efficiency within the team to meet tight deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all OHS responsibilities, fostering a safety-first culture.
Provide hands-on maintenance solutions and support.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate diagnosis, repairs, and post-shut support.
Oversee maintenance and safety tasks to ensure safe and timely delivery of all works.
Manage the day-to-day activities of shutdown personnel and ensure efficient use of labour.
Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding machine performance, product quality, workmanship, and safety.
Essentials from You: Heavy Mechanical Trade qualification (AUS/NZ recognized).
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of various OEMs, with a particular focus on Hitachi machinery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum five (5) years post-trade experience.
Previous experience in mining and civil equipment maintenance.
Experience with mobile equipment repairs.
Current manual driver's licence.
High-Risk Work Licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
Current National Police Clearance.
