Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.The OpportunityCITIC Pacific Mining is seeking experienced Leading Hand-Field to join our HME team on a permanent 2/1 continuous shift roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.Reporting to the Supervisor – Truck & Ancillary, this role is responsible for safely, effectively, and productively operating primary heavy mobile equipment to meet mine production targets as set out.In this role you'll be responsible for: Providing instruction, assistance and direction to all service persons, apprentices and trainees in the performance of their duties.Demonstrating the use of all CPM Mining maintenance systems and documentation.Workshop tooling used by the service persons advising the workshop supervisor of any workshop tooling that is unsafe.Participating in safety incident reports and investigations where required.Ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained at all timesCompleting hazard report forms for any hazards identified.Actively promoting safe work practices.Adhering to the Safety Management PlanActively promoting environmentally responsible work practices.
