Due to company growth in Australia, this business is seeking an experienced Project Estimator/ HVAC leading hand to join their team in Perth.
Quoting of commercial and residential construction projects. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of both building codes and associated standards. Read and interpret building codes and apply associated standards appropriately. Continually expand your knowledge of products and provide appropriate product information to our customers. Track customer requests & proposals in some form of spreadsheet. Manage and schedule the planning of activities, sequence of work & productivity. Manage the financial performance of the project by actively monitoring all aspects of the project ensuring procurement, productivity, financial, and valid variations are issued. BENEFITS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Estimating experience within the air-conditioning or refrigeration sector . Experience managing projects and servicing advantageous but not necessary. Ability to have clear and effective communication with any party within the project timeline including Suppliers, Clients, Staff, etc. Demonstrated excellence in written & verbal English.
