About The Role: Oversee and lead electrical teams in commercial service, new builds, and refurbishment projects.Provide hands-on electrical expertise and ensure work is completed to a high standard.Assist in scheduling and coordinating day-to-day tasks and projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in various commercial environments.Mentor and guide junior electricians and apprentices.Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.What You Need: Current QLD Electrical licenseCurrent Driver's licenseCurrent White CardProven leadership experience, with strong team management and mentoring skills.Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.Experience with Simpro (ideal but not essential)Strong understanding of commercial electrical work, including new builds and refurbishments.Ability to work autonomously and in a team.Full understanding of AS3000:2018 & AS5033:2021 and all the latest amendments, as well as carry out work under the Electrical Safety Regulations 2002 and latest amendments and Energex Metering Manual and latest amendments.What We Offer: Attractive hourly rate and opportunity to earn overtime penalties, if desired.A work vehicle, phone, and uniform provided.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement, with the potential to grow into a 2IC or management role within the company.A fun, young team culture with social events throughout the year.Long-term stability.We are fortunate to have a fantastic, tight-knit team and strong, long-standing relationships with our clients, so finding the right person to join is important to us.
