With our support, you'll also ensure targeted plant and equipment availability. This role provides a stepping stone for someone looking to transition into a supervision role, with ample opportunities to develop your skills.
You will report to the Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor and on a daily basis your core duties will include:
Assist the Supervisor to delegate work to the teamProvide technical advice and support to fellow Maintenance team membersIdentify correct parts and equipment for all planned and unplanned workContinuously review scheduled jobs to identify opportunities for improvementAvoid rework and the unnecessary use of parts and services (cost management)Step up Electrical Supervisor for leave coverageActively participate in safety initiatives and systems to ensure all work is carried out safelyParticipate in the Emergency Response Team.About YouRequired skills and experience:
