An established and handsomely awarded Bespoke High-End Builder working with some of Victoria's best Architects and wealthy clients delivering projects ranging from $2mil - $5mil+ in the affluent areas of Inner Melbourne and Bayside.
The Opportunity
Supporting the site supervisors with the work onsite from start through to handover of the project Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines; Support the managing with sub-contractors, while coordinating their presence on-site; Liaise closely with the main stakeholders - contract administration / Project Managers, Clients, and architects when needed;
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
5+ Years minimum as a qualified carpenter (post apprenticeship) working on architectural builds; Carpentry trade background (Essential); Act as a mentor to the trades on-site and be open to trade allocation; Experience working alongside project managers, contract administrators, clients, and architects; Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices; Passion for architecture and quality fancy builds; Drivers License & Reliable Car & Tools; Unrestricted Australian Working Rights;
