KEY DUTIES
Lead the teams scope of work Manufacture and refurbishment of products Quality Assurance Read and interpret drawings, diagrams and other written instructions Safe use of hand and power tools Be responsible for the manufacture of parts or products Be responsible for the quality of your output of work Undertake effective planning to accommodate scheduled workloads Provide coaching and mentorship to other employees as required Operation of CNC machinery REQUIREMENTS
Possess leadership qualities to guide and mentor employees Experience and knowledge in materials handling conveyor belt systems and associated components highly desirable Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Mechanically minded Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the square Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team A strong commitment to safety and quality with proven results Be accountable for your own role and duties High level of attention to detail Positive and proactive attitude All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.
