This role is a Monday to Friday position, starting at 6:00am and finishing at 2:00pm. The role provides essential feedback to the Area Manager and demonstrates a high standard of workmanship for the cleaning team to follow. The Leading Hand Cleaner reports on the day-to-day cleaning activities at the site and provides reports as required to ensure compliance with OHS and specific site requirements. Key Responsibilities for HT Cleaners: Consistently demonstrate a high standard in all cleaning duties to ensure the requirements of the scope are met Assist in on-the-job training Provide feedback to cleaners and Management Willing to learn new machinery with the right training Maintaining high standards of cleaning Maintenance reporting What you will need to be successful: Very good English- reading, writing and speaking Well-presented Good communication skills Strong work ethic High personal standards Physically able- role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities Computer literacy advantageous Able to supervise staff Police Clearance/working with children check- or willing to obtain Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.68 – $50.72 per hour Expected hours: 38 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Location: Albany, WA 6330 (Required) Work Location: In person
