Leading Hand | Civil | Contract Job details Posted 10 January 2025 LocationBrisbane Job type Sectors CGC Cover Reference3869354 Job description CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a Leading Hand for an immediate start on a 3-month contract basis.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for Reading site plans, overseeing operation of Excavators, Rollers, Skid steer loaders, and Haul trucks.
Assigning tasks to other team members/ sub contractors, overseeing tasks are completed on time, correctly and safely meeting deadlines within OHS and WHS guidelines.
The role is an initial 3-month contract but based on performance will be looking to progress into a full-time position within the business.
As of the nature of the engagement candidates need to be ready to start within 1 weeks' notice.
