We manage the entire building process in close collaboration with leading architects and interior designers.
Our team of experienced Carpenters play a vital role in the successful delivery and completion of each project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out.
With new projects in the pipeline for 2025, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team to deliver small works projects from start to finish.
About the roleAs a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will oversee and actively participate in small-scale construction and carpentry projects, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage small works projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Perform high-quality carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades.Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of works.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team.Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.About youHigh end residential carpentry experience post qualification.Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.Meticulous eye for detail and high quality workmanship.Team player.Strong communication skills.Australian working rights.Qualifications/CertificatesCert III CarpentryDrivers licence (own vehicle)White cardToolsTo apply for this role, please include a cover letter and resume for consideration.
