The Company Residential builder specialising in architecturally designed renovations, extensions and additions up to $2m in value. Have been in business for about 10 years. Their build locations are typically in the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas of Sydney (Palm Beach. Avalon, Newport, Manly, Mosman, Northbridge etc). About The Role Leading Hand Carpenter to work on 1-2 projects at any one time depending on their size and scale. The company is looking for somebody that can progress to Foreman / Site Manager in the near future to manage a building team. Construction of high-end renovation, extension and addition projects start to finish. Monday to Friday work, 40 hours per week. Salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 + super depending on experience. Duties Assist with managing day to day construction activities. Ensure a high level of quality control. Assist with managing sub-contractors and suppliers . Hands on construction and carpentry work as required. Ensure site WHS is adhered to. Liaison with project stakeholders. Assist with schedule trades and ordering materials. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Cert III Carpentry, Cert IV Building & Construction etc). Carpentry trade background. Experienced of working on residential renovation, extension, addition and new build projects from start to finish. Able to understand and interpret construction drawings. How to Apply
