This professional building consultancy firm has an opportunity for a Leading Hand Cabinet Maker to join their Canberra team, leading a team of 3 full-time trades.
About the Company & the Position The company offers all aspects of building consultancy services and specializes in building defects and disputes.
80% of projects are with strata titled buildings, standard single residential properties, and a small amount of insurance repair building projects.
The hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Everyone works together well to contribute their differing skills and expertise.
Work Life Balance This is a major selling point of the position.
The company director is passionate about work-life balance.
The office closes strictly at 5pm, and there is no overtime or weekend work.
If you're in a position with a high caseload, you will be assigned help to get through it.
About You Qualified Cabinet Maker Experience leading a small team.
Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes and standards of practice.
Personality wise - we're looking for a team player who is happy to learn from others and share their expertise with the team, can work collaboratively, and take constructive feedback when needed.
